Chicken Appetizer
  3 boiled chicken breasts, cut into bite size strips
    Seasoned salt or salt
  3 tablespoons oil
1/2 cabbage, chopped
  2 medium size onions, chopped
  1 small bottle ketchup
  1 teaspoon vinegar
    Hot Tabasco sauce, optional
    Ground pepper, optional
Season chicken with salt.  Boil chicken;  drain and cut into bite size strips.  In a big saucepan put in oil, chicken, cabbage and onions.  Cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.  Then add the remaining ingredients;  cook for 15 minutes more.  Serve at room temperature.
Mom's note:  Delicious with salted or wheat crackers.  (ex.  Ritz crackers)
Yield: 40 to 60 crackers
